We hope that you love your products when they arrive but should you wish to have a refund please ensure that the you do not rip the hygiene seal. If this is broken/ ripped when we receive the return we are not able to issue you with a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returned items. We strongly recommend that you send your return to us using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Please email customerservice@synergycollections.co.uk with “return” followed by your order number as the subject heading with a reason for your return. You will then be issued with return instructions.
