UK Mainland Delivery

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be posted that day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday – Friday will be posted on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be posted on Monday morning as Saturday is not classed as a working day.

Please be vigilant when placing your order and check carefully that you have entered your order details correctly. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate details and we are not required to issue a refund for missing parcels as a result of this.

We use Royal Mail to fulfil all of our deliveries. Your items will be delivered within 2-3 days from when you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. If your parcel cannot fit through your letter box and there is no one there to receive it, Royal Mail will hold the parcel at your local sorting office. Please note – if your parcel is not collected from the sorted office in the allocated time and is returned to us as a result of this, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivering the parcel to you.

We can track your order for you on our side so if your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days please send us an email at customerservice@synergycollections.co.uk. Please use “postage” followed by your order number as the subject heading.

We cannot guarantee usual delivery times over busy periods such as national holidays. Please ensure that you order in plenty of time as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not on time during these periods. Deliveries on bank holidays cannot be guaranteed – please expect delivery on the next working day. 

International Delivery

Your items will be delivered within 3 - 7 days from when you receive your order dispatch confirmation email, depending on which country we are posting to. If your parcel cannot fit through your letter box and there is no one there to receive it a collection card will be left for you to arrange collection yourself from your local sorting office.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please be aware that the estimated delivery times may be affected by customs if there is a delay in clearance. Unfortunately we cannot predict these charges. If you would like further information on estimated costs and advice we recommend that you contact your local customs office.


 

Returns

We hope that you love your products when they arrive but should you wish to have a refund please ensure that you do not rip the hygiene seal. If this is broken/ ripped when we receive the return we are not able to issue you with a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returned items. We strongly recommend that you send your return to us using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Please email customerservice@synergycollections.co.uk with “return” followed by your order number as the subject heading with a reason for your return. You will then be issued with return instructions.
